This week, I came across a fascinating study on how small business CEO generally spend their time. Why fascinating? Because in my opinion, most literature about business and management focuses on big corporations (at least that's how it feels like). I also find it very interesting to see how other small business CEOs spend their time. And what they find are the most critical parts of being a CEO.
A fantastic read, and I will probably expand on that further in several coming blog posts.
The study was published by Yale School of Management and authored by Danny Qiao, Brent Beshore, and A.J. Wasserstein.
