Sundown, an Abandoned Australian Farm

Photography Sep 30, 2015

Wanting to spend a couple of days out of the city, my wife and I were offered the opportunity to drive out inland and to spend a week on a farm with friends. The local family gave us a tour of their property (which includes several smaller estates) and we came across this amazing abandoned farm. And as you might expect I could not withhold myself shooting some photos out there. If you've ever wondered how a deserted Australian farm looks like, here is your chance to discover it.

We more than appreciated our time out there and would like to thank our friends Scott and Ruth that put up with us as well as the owner of the not abandoned Boxwood farm, family Knight for their incredible hospitality. Also, a special thank you goes out to our tour guides David and Miriam.

All photos were shot with an Olympus OM-D E-M10 and Panasonic Lumix G 20mm F1.7 ASPH lens.
